1. Eligibility Requirements

- Are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of TheWinZone, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or fulfillment partners.
Void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law. TheWinZone reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To participate, individuals must create a single, verified account at TheWinZone. During the registration process, applicants must provide accurate legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and current residential address. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated coin balances.
Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be suspended upon detection. Upon successful registration, new members receive a welcome pack consisting of 10,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins at no cost, with no purchase required.
3. Sweepstakes Rules
TheWinZone operates as a sweepstakes promotion in which participants may obtain Sweeps Coins without making any purchase. The sweepstakes are conducted in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws governing promotional contests. The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any sweepstakes promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the limitations of applicable law.
All decisions made by TheWinZone with respect to the interpretation of these rules, eligibility determinations, and prize awards are final and binding. Participants agree to be bound by these official rules as a condition of entry. Any attempt to circumvent these rules through technical or other means will result in disqualification.
4. Gold Coins — No Cash Value
Gold Coins are a virtual currency used solely for entertainment play within the TheWinZone platform. Gold Coins carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed for prizes, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Gold Coins do not constitute property of any kind and may not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise conveyed outside the platform.
Gold Coins are provided to enhance the social gaming experience and are not a form of consideration in connection with any sweepstakes entry. The acquisition, use, or expiration of Gold Coins does not create any entitlement to prizes or sweepstakes entries.
5. Sweeps Coins and Redemption
Sweeps Coins are promotional credits that may, subject to these terms and applicable law, be redeemed for prizes where such redemption is permitted. Sweeps Coins have no purchase price and are obtained either through the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 6, through promotional distributions, or as part of the welcome pack described in Section 2.
To be eligible for redemption, a participant’s account must hold a minimum of 100 Sweeps Coins. Redemption requests are processed through the following methods: PayPal transfer, bank transfer, or gift cards, subject to availability and applicable processing times. TheWinZone reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to processing any redemption. Redemption is available only to residents of eligible jurisdictions listed in Section 7 and is void where prohibited.
6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase is necessary to receive Sweeps Coins. An Alternative Method of Entry is available to all eligible participants free of charge. To obtain Sweeps Coins via AMOE, participants may submit a handwritten request by mail to the address published on the TheWinZone website. Each qualifying mail-in request will receive the standard promotional Sweeps Coin allocation applicable at the time of receipt.
Mail-in requests must include the participant’s full legal name, current residential address, and registered email address. Requests that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted from ineligible jurisdictions will not be honored. TheWinZone is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail. Limit one AMOE request per outer mailing envelope per day.
7. Prohibited States and Territories
Sweeps Coin redemption and certain sweepstakes features are unavailable in jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited by law. Residents of the following regions may register and use Gold Coins for entertainment but are not eligible to receive, accumulate, or redeem Sweeps Coins. The table below summarizes eligibility by region.

8. Coin Packages and Purchases
TheWinZone offers optional Gold Coin packages for purchase. The purchase of a Gold Coin package may, at TheWinZone’s discretion, include a bonus allocation of Sweeps Coins as a promotional gift. The Sweeps Coins included with any such package are provided free of charge and are not sold. The purchase price of any package is attributed solely to the Gold Coins included therein.
Purchase of Gold Coin packages is entirely optional and confers no competitive advantage over participants who obtain Sweeps Coins exclusively through the AMOE. All pricing is listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time. All purchases are subject to TheWinZone’s refund policy, which is available upon request.
9. Promotions and Bonus Terms
TheWinZone may, from time to time, offer promotional distributions of Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins through limited-time offers, loyalty programs, or special events. All promotional offers are subject to the general terms set forth in this document as well as any additional terms specified in the offer communication.
Promotional Sweeps Coins that are distributed free of charge must be used in accordance with any applicable play-through or activity conditions specified at the time of distribution before they become eligible for redemption. TheWinZone reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond the redemption process described in Section 5.
10. Fair Play and Game Rules
All participants are required to engage with TheWinZone platform in good faith and in accordance with the fair play standards set out herein. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all coin balances:
- Use of automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to simulate or accelerate gameplay.
- Collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated scheme to manipulate sweepstakes outcomes.
- Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or undocumented features for unintended gain.
- Creation or use of multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility restrictions or accumulate additional entries.
- Any conduct that TheWinZone, in its sole discretion, determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or detrimental to the integrity of the sweepstakes.
TheWinZone employs automated monitoring to detect irregular activity. All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator and are subject to audit. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, TheWinZone reserves the right to void the affected round and restore coin balances to their pre-round state.
11. Responsible Play
TheWinZone is committed to promoting responsible play practices. Although TheWinZone operates as a sweepstakes promotion rather than a form of gambling, the company recognizes that some participants may develop problematic patterns of play. Participants who believe they may be experiencing difficulties are encouraged to use the self-exclusion and account-limitation tools available within the platform settings.
Participants may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure by contacting TheWinZone support at the address listed on the website. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration selected.
